Dedicated to children's and YA authors
Cath Howe lives in South West London and Sussex. She runs arts events in schools and other venues, often using her own drama scripts and creative writing. The close contact this gives her with her readership brings authenticity and resonance to her fiction. She captures the stories and voices of the children she teaches, but the loudest voice in her head is that of her own Glaswegian childhood.
Cath's middle grade fiction debut, Ella on the Outside, is published by Nosy Crow, who have also signed up her second novel.
Bloomsbury will publish Cath's primary school drama resource Let's Perform.
Cath has also had The Curse of the Highwayman, The Highwayman’s Revenge and two sets of short plays published by Pearson.
